A Leader's Confidence – January 30, 2026
Where does your confidence come from? A servant leader’s confidence does not rest in himself or herself; a servant leader’s confidence is in the One who created and sustains the universe. The living God who directs all things according to His purposes can be trusted to guide you today, no matter what situation you find yourself in. He will provide wisdom, strength, and discernment. He delights to answer those who seek Him.
Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. – Psalm 9:10
Prayer: Lord, how grateful I am to know Your name. I place my trust in You as I face this day, a day that You have given me to live for You. As I encounter people and face different situations, remind me that You remain the same, a God who is eternally present and eternally trustworthy. Steady me so that I can confidently represent You. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
