Good Beginnings – April 13, 2026
How did your day start? It is easy for the demands of life to insert themselves: family members who need attention, a phone call that awakens you from sleep, pressing deadlines, unresolved problems. Yet each day is God’s new beginning; each breath invites you to turn afresh to Him. Find in Him eternal wisdom to guide you today.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise. – Psalm 111:10
Prayer: Lord, thank You for the new beginning You have given me in this new day. Thank You for teaching me to fear You, so that I might find wisdom to live life as You designed it. I want to grow in understanding. Give me fresh insight for this new day, and lead me along the path of wisdom, I pray. In Jesus’ name, I commit this day to You, Amen.
